Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Shipments

If a customer refuses a shipment, fails to pay customs duties, or does not accept delivery after the courier attempts delivery, the order is considered delivered and fulfilled.

A refused delivery does not qualify as “item not received.”

Any return shipping fees, customs return charges, or handling fees incurred due to refusal or non-collection will be deducted from any eligible refund, or may render the order non-refundable.

Incorrect Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
